Ingredients: Sorrel (gongura) leaves, garlic, red chilli powder, cold-pressed oil, mustard, tamarind, salt.
Allergens: Contains mustard.
Shelf life: Best before 12 months from the date of manufacturing. Once opened, finish within 45 days.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry, hygienic place away from direct sunlight.
Retain the oil layer on top until the pack is finished — it is the natural seal.
Always use a clean, completely dry spoon. Even one drop of water can spoil the batch.
Refrigerate after opening for extended freshness. Stir gently before serving.
Packing: Three-layer, leak-proof, food-grade pouch — heat-sealed and hand-labelled.
