Because our pickles are made in small batches, orders ship within 3–5 days of confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery is quick.
Zones & timelines
Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2–4 working days from dispatch. Rest of India: 3–7 working days. International orders are accepted — WhatsApp us your country and ZIP/postal code and we'll confirm the timeline and charges before dispatch.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free on orders of 1 kg or more delivered within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana only. For every other pincode, charges depend on your pincode — the exact amount is shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. No hidden fuel surcharges. International shipping is quoted separately on WhatsApp.
250 g packs
250 g packs are sold only to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana pincodes — the small pack does not survive long-haul transit well. For every other pincode, please choose a 500 g or 1 kg pack.
Payment
We currently accept prepaid orders for first-time customers — UPI, card, or netbanking via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery unlocks from your second order onward, with a partial advance payment.
Returns & replacements
Being a perishable product, we do not accept returns. However, damaged, leaked, or wrong items will be replaced free of charge — WhatsApp us a photo within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund policy
For Razorpay-paid orders, refunds (in eligible cases) reach your account within 5–7 working days.
